Russia launched massive airstrikes on industrial and port infrastructure in Ukraine's Odesa region on Monday, according to regional governor Oleh Kiper. The attack targeted a fuel depot and a cargo ship in the Black Sea area. The Kremlin said the strikes hit a fuel storage facility at the port of Chornomorsk and a vessel supplying the Ukrainian military. Another cargo ship was also struck south of Odesa, and a power plant in Kharkiv region was hit. Separately, one person was killed and six injured in a Russian airstrike on Kharkiv on Sunday, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. The attacks continue to disrupt critical infrastructure amid ongoing hostilities.
