A separate Russian strike on Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, killed one person and injured six others late Sunday, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. The Russian defence ministry said it hit Vylkove port, fuel depots in Chornomorsk, and cargo vessels in the Odesa region. The ministry also claimed it struck a power station in the Kharkiv region, stating these targets were used for military purposes. The attacks continue a pattern of Russian strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure.
