Ukraine has struck 51% of Russia's oil refining capacity, significantly weakening the aggressor's economy and military capability, according to Ukrainian Defense Minister Yevhen Khmarа. The strikes, described as carefully planned and systematic, targeted major refineries including Moscow, Yaroslavl, KINEF, Ust-Luga, Perm, Ilsky, Saratov, and Syzran. The Defense Ministry emphasized that the cumulative effect of these operations is producing tangible results. Khmarа stated that Ukraine's "deep strikes" are bringing the war onto Russian territory, making this a priority for the Defense Ministry. Recent drone attacks also hit a military airfield in Adygea and a chemical plant in Volgograd.
