Russian Strike on Kharkiv Residential Building Kills Two; Ukraine Delivers Aid to Oleshky
A Russian strike on a residential building in Kharkiv killed two people and injured several others, as Russia continues to attack civilian infrastructure amid a lack of major frontline gains. The attack occurred in the Industrial District. By 22:00, 163 combat engagements had occurred on the front, with 22 enemy attacks repelled on the Kostyantynivka axis and 21 on the Pokrovsk axis. Ukrainian forces also conducted a successful operation delivering nearly 4 tons of humanitarian aid to occupied Oleshky. The Ukrainian Center for Countering Disinformation warned that Russia is creating an information alibi for possible provocations at nuclear facilities. The visit of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz to Kyiv has not notably changed the situation.
