Ukraine's General Staff reports strikes on Russian drone launch sites near Donetsk, a command post in Belgorod Oblast, and a crossing in the Donetsk region. The strikes on October 2 and overnight into October 3 targeted a drone storage and launch site, a Russian military command post, and a river crossing. The Ukrainian military said the strikes aim to reduce Russia's ability to use attack drones. The crossing was hit near Novoocheretuvate in Donetsk Oblast, and the command post was struck near Novaya Tavolzhanka in Russia's Belgorod Oblast. Earlier, Russia attacked Ukraine with 157 drones overnight, including Shaheds and decoys, with impacts recorded at 12 locations.
