Kharkiv airstrike casualties rise to 42 injured, 2 dead

A Russian airstrike on Kharkiv on October 2 has injured 42 people, including three children, and killed two women, according to regional authorities. The victims who died were women aged 66 and 80. The attack, using guided aerial bombs and drones, targeted the Slobidskyi, Nemyshlianskyi, and Kyivskyi districts of the city. The strike damaged 23 private homes, an educational institution, office buildings, seven cars, and power lines. Across the Kharkiv region over the past day, five people were killed and 49 injured in total.
