nos.nl (Dutch) —

Ukraine launched at least 650 drones at Moscow and surrounding targets since last night, killing two people and injuring nine, according to Russian officials, marking the largest such attack on the region in two years. The strikes hit 16 municipalities, damaging 47 homes, with 185 drones intercepted or disabled, while others mainly struck houses, said Moscow Governor Andrei Vorobyov. Unverified reports from Kyiv Independent mention a fire at an oil refinery near Konstantinovo, about 40 kilometers from Moscow. Separately, Ukrainian drones targeted two facilities at the Russian-occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, killing one person, though Rosatom said nuclear safety is unaffected. Ukraine also reported a drone attack on a Dnipro river bridge in Zaporizhzhia, injuring five, including two Red Cross workers.
