Traffic from the R-30 and R-31 road intersection to Palanca is halted pending an investigation, with patrols redirecting vehicles to the Tudora crossing. Authorities advise civilians to avoid the area, take shelter indoors if explosions are heard, and report any suspicious debris to emergency services. The border police are coordinating with Ukrainian authorities to monitor the situation.
