Two people died in a fire aboard a cargo ship in the Black Sea, which sank after the blaze, according to Romania. Ukrainian President Zelensky has blamed the incident on a Russian drone attack. The Romanian Coast Guard was alerted around 11:00 AM, with the ship located about 55 kilometers south of Sfantu Gheorghe, outside territorial waters. Eleven crew members were rescued, and the injured were airlifted to a hospital. Zelensky stated the vessel was a Turkish ship carrying corn, and that the captain was killed, with crew from Azerbaijan and India. The ship, identified as the Royad Mammadov, was traveling from Izmail to Italy, and Russia has not yet responded.
