Zelensky Proposes Ceasefire to Russia as US Envoys Visit Kyiv and Moscow

The proposal comes as US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner plan to visit Moscow and Kyiv, with the Kyiv trip expected Sunday. Zelensky said Ukraine would halt aerial attacks if Russia reciprocates during negotiations. Moscow has not officially confirmed the visit. The attack on the SBU building wounded 12 people. Russia has intensified drone and missile strikes on Ukrainian cities, while Ukraine has increased attacks inside Russia. The war, ongoing since February 2022, remains Europe's deadliest conflict since World War II.
