Russian strikes on Kyiv and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts kill five

Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky confirmed U.S. envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will visit Moscow and Kyiv, with Kyiv pledging no air strikes during their travel, though the Kremlin has not commented.
