Ukrainian forces strike Russian radar, EW systems, and military infrastructure

On Friday, September 4, 2026, Ukrainian forces struck multiple Russian military targets, primarily communication infrastructure, in both occupied Ukrainian territory and Russia, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The strikes hit a radar station in Kartushino, Bryansk Oblast, an electronic warfare system near Pogar, and a MESH-network repeater in Zlynka, Russia. A Russian military repair base in Sokolohirsk, Luhansk Oblast, was also targeted, with damage assessments ongoing.
