US envoys may skip Kyiv visit over Russian safety warnings

The news follows Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement that the envoys confirmed their possible visit, amid a ninth consecutive day of Russian drone attacks on Kyiv as of September 4. CIA Director John Ratcliffe visited Moscow on August 25, with Trump suggesting something might come of it.
