Kyiv drone strike on Teremky residential building injures six, sparks shelter concerns

A Russian drone strike on a residential building in Kyiv's Teremky district has left residents terrified, with one local reporting injuries and a critical lack of bomb shelters in the area. The attack marks the ninth consecutive day of Russian assaults on the capital. Resident Igor described the aftermath, stating an elderly woman was injured in the blast and that a young girl was taken to Okhmatdyt hospital. He confirmed his own acquaintances were unharmed, but emphasized the fear of living without shelters amid daily attacks. He helped a friend patch a damaged car with tape and film. The September 3 strike hit a nine-story building, damaging several floors and causing a fire that forced the evacuation of 25 people. Drone debris also fell in three other districts, injuring six people including a 12-year-old girl. Air raid alarms sounded seven times that day in Kyiv.
