Ukrainian Security Service reported it will restore its Kyiv office damaged by a Russian drone strike on September 4, vowing a painful response to the attack. President Volodymyr Zelensky met with acting SBU chief Oleksandr Poklad and published a photo, stating that the geography of retaliatory actions has been determined and timing chosen for maximum effect. The SBU promised more special operations, exposed agent networks, and destroyed enemies. The Russian drone hit Poklad's office at the SBU building in Kyiv, but the general was not present at the time of the strike.
