The aircraft carrying U.S. negotiators Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner has left Russian airspace and entered Latvian territory near the border settlement of Orekhovka, according to flight tracking data. The Boeing C-32A government plane, which brought the American envoys to Moscow for talks with the Russian president, crossed Russia's state border. This marked the first time Witkoff and Kushner arrived in Russia on a government aircraft rather than a business jet. The American emissaries had flown to Moscow from Miami. They are expected to visit Kyiv on September 6.
