Russia strikes Kyiv SBU building, Ukraine calls it 'serious escalation'

President Volodymyr Zelensky reported the drone targeted the SBU chief's office, while Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said nine people were injured. The strike is part of Russia's regular attacks on Ukrainian cities and civilian infrastructure, which Ukrainian authorities and international organizations classify as war crimes.
