The assault began at 18:00 on September 4, involving missiles from Russia's Rostov and Voronezh regions and drones launched from Orel, Millerovo, Kursk, occupied Donetsk, and Crimea. Ukraine deployed aviation, missile troops, electronic warfare, drone units, and mobile fire groups. Strikes and debris falls were recorded at 24 locations, with some Russian weapons failing to reach targets.
