Putin and US envoys discuss joint Russia-US projects

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed economic topics and potential major joint Russia-US projects with US President's special envoy Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, the American leader's son-in-law, according to Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov. The meeting took place Saturday at the Kremlin and lasted over three hours. Ushakov said the discussion covered economic matters and possible large, mutually beneficial Russian-American projects in considerable detail. Russian side also included Kirill Dmitriev, head of the Russian Direct Investment Fund and presidential special representative for investment-economic cooperation with foreign countries.
