Ukrainian drone attack on Moscow region kills two civilians
At least two civilians were killed and nine others injured in a massive Ukrainian drone attack on the Moscow region on Tuesday, according to local governor Andrei Vorobyov. Vorobyov confirmed the deaths of a 71-year-old man in Baribino and a 20-year-old man in Radumlya, adding that 47 houses were damaged across seven municipalities. Russian air defenses reportedly shot down 185 drones over 16 districts, with a small fire at a warehouse also contained. The Russian Defense Ministry said 868 Ukrainian drones were downed overnight across 11 regions, Crimea, and the Sea of Azov, marking one of the largest attacks in recent times. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin reported 650 drones launched against the capital and its region since Monday night.
