Russian strike on Odesa region kills one, wounds five

A Russian mass attack on civilian infrastructure in the Odesa region killed one person and wounded at least five, including a child, local authorities reported. Ukrainian forces reported shooting down or suppressing 103 drones, with strikes recorded in 15 locations. This follows a September 3 attack on Odesa that wounded 17 people, including three children. The State Emergency Service reported apartments destroyed from the 6th to 8th floors of a nine-story building, with 28 cars also damaged.
