Zelensky meets Witkoff and Kushner in Kyiv as talks begin

The envoys visited Moscow on September 5 and held talks with Russian leader Vladimir Putin. The Kremlin said they presented their ideas on ending the war. Zelensky noted Ukrainian airports were ready to receive the delegation, but Russian forces prevented the Americans from using their plane.
