US envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have arrived in Kyiv for their first official visit to Ukraine as part of new peace efforts. The trip follows talks with Kremlin chief Putin in Moscow, which Russia called "constructive." Putin has ordered a three-day halt to airstrikes on Kyiv starting Sunday night, citing the US envoys' visit. Separately, the IAEA negotiated a local ceasefire to repair the Zaporizhzhia nuclear plant, which faces a blackout risk. Ukrainian President Zelensky has also agreed to a preliminary stop of attacks on Moscow. Security advisers from the E3 states are reportedly in Kyiv as well.
