Kyiv hosts US and European delegations for peace talks

On Sunday, September 6, Kyiv is hosting representatives of Ukraine's European partners, namely France, Great Britain, and Germany, in addition to the US delegation, according to head of the Presidential Office Kyrylo Budanov. Budanov welcomed the American delegation led by Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner, stating that a busy day and important negotiations lie ahead. He confirmed European partners are also present, adding that everyone is working together for a just and lasting peace for Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced the start of negotiations. The US special representatives arrived in Ukraine for the first time to participate in peace talks, meeting with Ukrainian officials and Zelensky at Sophia Square.
