US President's envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have arrived in Kyiv for their first visit to Ukraine, according to Kyiv Independent and RBC-Ukraine sources. They were met at the station by Ukrainian presidential office head Kirill Budanov, Foreign Intelligence Service chief Rustem Umerov, and parliamentary faction leader David Arakhamia. The visit follows their Moscow meeting with Vladimir Putin, which Russia called constructive, though Bloomberg sources say Putin insists on his terms. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said Kyiv has prepared proposals ahead of the talks. Witkoff has visited Moscow eight times and Kushner three times previously.
