Zelenskyy tells UN that targeting Russia's revenue will end the war

He clarified that oil and fuel are not the targets, but rather Russia's ability to finance the war. Zelenskyy dismissed Putin's repeated promises of military advances as shifting deadlines, and highlighted Ukraine's development of long-range drones capable of reaching Russian military factories in Siberia. He also urged countries whose citizens were reportedly deceived into fighting for Russia to prevent their deaths.
