Ukraine's intelligence warns Russia is preparing a new massive attack

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that intelligence indicates Russia is preparing a new massive attack on Ukraine, as announced during a meeting with UK Prime Minister Andy Burnham. Zelensky said Kyiv is working with partners to strengthen air defense ahead of winter. He thanked the UK for its ongoing support of Ukraine's energy sector, noting a new contribution is especially valued as winter approaches. Zelensky stressed that sanctions against Russia must be maintained and strengthened while the war continues, a position he shares with Burnham. He stated that lifting sanctions is impossible while Ukrainians face daily missile and drone threats.
