Zelenskyy tells UN that Putin will fail in Ukraine war

He insisted oil and diesel are not the target, but rather Russia's capacity to fund the war, and highlighted Ukraine's development of long-range drones capable of reaching Siberian military factories. Zelenskyy also addressed countries whose citizens have reportedly been lured to fight for Russia, warning them not to let Moscow "pay for its madness with your citizens' lives," and dismissed Putin's repeated promises of battlefield advances as shifting deadlines.
