Zelenskyy tells UN the war has spread, strengthening North Korea

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy told the UN General Assembly on Wednesday that the war has spread globally, strengthening North Korea, and reported 248,000 Russian soldiers killed or seriously wounded this year, calling it "madness."
