Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that there are currently no prerequisites for returning to a peaceful negotiation track regarding the conflict in Ukraine. Peskov reiterated that Moscow remains open to peace talks but rejected the possibility of a high-level meeting with Ukraine, suggesting President Volodymyr Zelensky could visit Moscow if he wishes.
