Russia Strikes Kyiv, Slovakia Condemns Attacks on Civilians at UN

Russia launched a series of attacks on Ukraine, including a ballistic missile strike on Kyiv that killed one person and injured two others, while Slovak President Peter Pellegrini condemned Russian strikes on civilians at the UN Security Council.
