Russia's ballistic strike on Kyiv kills one, injures two

Russia launched a massive ballistic missile attack on Kyiv, killing one person and injuring two others, according to city officials. Debris fell across multiple districts, causing partial destruction of a private house where people may be trapped. In the Dniprovskyi district, debris hit courtyards of a 16-story building, a private home, and an administrative building. In the Podilskyi district, debris struck a parking lot near a medical facility, igniting cars. Air forces reported launches from Kursk, Bryansk, and Voronezh regions. The attack follows an earlier drone strike on Kyiv on September 23 that killed two and wounded over 40 people. At least five explosions were heard near the Central Railway Station.
