Zelensky at UN urges end to war; EU drops two oligarchs from sanctions list

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky met with US President Donald Trump at the UN General Assembly in New York, urging an end to the war with Russia before winter. Trump stated both leaders want peace and that it will come "sooner than people think." Zelensky said Trump is "positive" about granting Ukraine licenses to produce Patriot missile interceptors domestically, a project that could take up to 18 months.
