Putin open to Trump meeting if concrete terms agreed, says Kremlin

Peskov stated that Putin remains open to talks, yet acknowledged that no specific plans currently exist, making negotiations impossible without an official arrangement. He also reiterated Moscow's unchanged position on a potential Putin-Zelensky meeting, suggesting Zelensky could visit Moscow if desired. Peskov claimed that organizing such a meeting before expert-level work would waste time, adding that no prerequisites exist for a peaceful settlement in Ukraine. He also complained about Western military aid to Kyiv and accused Britain, Germany, and France of fueling anti-Russian sentiment.
