Zelensky sets condition for Ukraine to stop striking Russian refineries

He also claimed Ukrainian forces have destroyed 45% of Russian refinery capacity. In a Wall Street Journal interview, Zelensky said President Donald Trump did not ask him to halt refinery strikes during their September 22 UN meeting, though American partners previously raised the issue. Zelensky expressed hope Trump would pursue an energy ceasefire or take strong steps against Putin.
