Zelenskyy: Nearly 250,000 Russians killed or wounded this year

He urged world leaders to maintain sanctions and cut Russia's revenue streams, saying trade with Russia prolongs the war. Zelenskyy claimed citizens from at least 47 countries are fighting for Russia, naming nations in Africa, Central Asia, and North Korea. He also met with Norwegian Prime Minister Jonas Gahr Støre and Finnish President Alexander Stubb to discuss preparations for potential negotiations.
