Zelensky urges Trump to use Graham sanctions on Russia, says he's ready to talk with Putin

Trump indicated openness to using these powers "if necessary," while Zelensky also discussed an energy cease-fire and Patriot missile supplies for winter. Zelensky said he is ready for trilateral US-led talks with Russia "anytime," noting Ukraine has signaled willingness while Russia has not responded. Trump's envoys were scheduled to continue discussions with European officials on Ukrainian de-escalation proposals.
