Cargo Ship Captain Killed in Russian Strike Near Odesa

A cargo ship captain was killed when Russia attacked a vessel near Ukraine's Greater Odesa port complex on September 23, part of ongoing nightly strikes on shipping and infrastructure in the war now past four and a half years.
