A Russian missile attack on Kyiv overnight killed two people and injured six, with debris falling near a maternity hospital. Train services were temporarily suspended due to a repeated threat of strikes. Debris landed in the Solomenskyi and Podilskyi districts, including a parking lot near a maternity hospital, where one person died and cars caught fire. The hospital's windows and facade were damaged, and a nearby diagnostic center was hit. In the Dniprovskyi district, debris struck a 16-story building's courtyard, an administrative building, and partially destroyed a private house, with people possibly trapped under rubble. Four injured people were hospitalized. Odesa was also attacked, damaging medical, educational, and residential buildings, including in the historic Moldavanka area. Photos showed a rocket fragment in a dormitory window and an unexploded Iskander missile part in a yard.
