Kyiv railway station safe after Solomiansky district strikes — Ukrainian Railways

Kyiv's central railway station was not damaged following explosions in the Solomiansky and other districts of the Ukrainian capital on Wednesday, September 23, according to a statement from Ukrainian Railways. The company issued the clarification in response to reports of a strike near the station, urging passengers to remain in shelters until the air raid alert ends. Kyiv's military administration confirmed a hit in the Solomiansky district, damaging a retail facility. Ukrainian Railways chief Oleksandr Pertsovsky reported that Russian forces targeted railway infrastructure overnight, injuring a railway worker and causing train departure delays. Drone strikes across Kyiv also hit gas stations, a business center, and warehouses, killing one person and injuring eight, according to Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko.
