Kyiv death toll from Russian strikes rises to 2, injured to 45

Russian strikes on Kyiv on September 23 have raised the number of injured to 45, with two people killed, according to Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko. Klitschko said 18 wounded are hospitalized, two in serious condition. The mayor reported a repeated strike on a non-residential complex in the Pechersky district that evening. Russian forces attacked Kyiv almost continuously throughout the day, hitting gas stations, a business center, an office building, a pharmaceutical plant, a former market, and premises near a railway station. Fires broke out, and parked cars were damaged. Internet outages affected about 100,000 households in Kyiv and the region.
