Trump and Zelenskyy meet, signal possible Ukraine peace deal

Trump has previously urged Zelenskyy to halt strikes on Russian oil infrastructure, citing rising diesel prices. Zelenskyy offered to stop such attacks if Russia ends its strikes on Ukrainian energy infrastructure. The war has caused over 500,000 casualties on each side, disrupted Black Sea grain exports, and threatens famine in several African countries.
