Zelensky: US to relay energy ceasefire proposal to Russia

He expressed uncertainty about Russia's readiness but welcomed the U.S. sharing the proposal, emphasizing that any Russian engagement in talks would signal progress. The Ukrainian leader noted Kyiv is open to any format for the ceasefire, while its core proposal is a complete cessation of strikes on energy facilities. He stressed gratitude for the American side's willingness to communicate the offer to Moscow.
