Ukraine ceasefire expires as Russia and Ukraine trade deadly strikes

The National Anti-Corruption Bureau claims the network received bribes to protect phone scam operations, laundering millions of dollars. Kravchenko denies the accusations but stepped down to avoid political conflict.
