Russian attack sparks large fire in Kyiv Oblast's Fastiv district

A large fire broke out in Kyiv Oblast following a Russian attack, with an infrastructure facility in Fastiv district catching fire. Emergency services contained the blaze, and no casualties were reported. Firefighters required additional forces and equipment due to intense heat and heavy smoke, working across multiple sections to prevent the fire from spreading to nearby objects. The fire was fully extinguished by morning. The September 5 attack also killed two people in Bucha district and damaged 28 facilities across five districts, including homes, warehouses, railway tracks, and vehicles.
