The emergency service said destruction and fires occurred in at least five districts, including a 26-story building hit on the 23rd floor, plus residential and commercial structures. In the Solomianskyi district, rescuers freed ten people trapped in a five-story building, with one hospitalized. Fires also broke out in garages, warehouses, and vehicles in other districts, leaving Kyiv shrouded in smoke.
