nv.ua (Ukrainian) —

On the night of October 2, Russian forces again attacked central Dnipro, causing a fire in a business center and debris falling on the parking lot of the city council. This marks the third strike near the council building this week. Mayor Borys Filatov reported the attack, noting previous strikes occurred on September 28 and twice on October 2. The business center's roof burned, with casualty and damage information still being clarified. The same business center was hit on September 28 by a drone, killing three people and wounding dozens. Filatov suggested the city council may have been the intended target, though no confirmed data exists.
