A Russian drone attack on Kyiv on Friday, October 2, damaged a 25-story residential building in the Darnytskyi district, causing a fire on the upper floors. The number of casualties is being determined. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported the strike on the high-rise and a new hit on the Yuzhny (Southern) Bridge at 5:03 AM. This is the third attack on the bridge since October 1, though previous strikes caused no critical damage. The first two attacks on the bridge occurred on October 1, with the second temporarily halting metro and ground transport.
