Bikers honor 14-year-old killed in Russian strike on Kyiv Oblast

A funeral was held on October 2 in Vyshhorod, Kyiv Oblast, for 14-year-old Illia Honcharov, who was killed by a Russian missile strike on September 30. The boy's family had moved to the Kyiv region from Sumy Oblast to escape constant shelling. His parents and younger sister survived the attack, and relatives said Illia loved motorcycles and dreamed of owning a Kawasaki. Hundreds of people and dozens of bikers attended the ceremony, revving engines and honking as requested by the family. The September 30 attack on Kyiv Oblast involved drones and missiles, damaging energy infrastructure and killing the child.
