Kyiv bus and trolleybus delays after Northern Bridge drone strike

On Saturday, October 3, traffic delays hit several buses and trolleybuses in Kyiv due to the closure of the Pivnichnyi (Northern) Bridge, with some buses rerouted. The Kyiv City State Administration reported the disruptions. Delays affected buses No. 21, 73, 101, 114 and trolleybuses No. 29, 30, 31, 47. Buses No. 21, 73, and 101 temporarily run via the Podilskyi Bridge crossing, Poshtova Ploshcha metro station, and European Square. The Russian army struck the Northern Bridge with a drone on the morning of October 3, damaging road surface and trolleybus contact network, according to Mayor Vitali Klitschko. Traffic from left to right bank is blocked. On October 1-2, Russian forces hit the Southern Bridge, damaging road, support, and metro concrete, fully closing it.
